Letterpress printing is green! Our press was rescued from the scrap yard and lovingly brought back to life. It is over 100 years old and still going strong.

We print on tree-free, chlorine-free cotton papers that are produced by small artisan paper mills. The papers are made from scraps from the textile industry, and harsh bleaches are not used in the process.

Our envelopes are made of 30% post-consumer waste recycled paper.

Our rubber-based ink is used by the teaspoonful (a small sip, not a gulp). And our solvent is completely non-toxic and biodegradable.
